The curatorial rationale In terms of why the public realm, was based mainly on vox pop research, which we did with the public last year. We wanted to question the viability of the traditional gallery space as the only means to deliver the artistic complexity of the project as well as being a space to get our target audience to attend. This led us to thinking about engaging the project within the public realm, which would enable the project to interact face to face with the public and would include young cultural diverse audiences in a number of cultural diverse hot spots in London.
